Welcome to Sandbanks Mini Golf! This classic, 18-hole crazy golf course is a beloved fixture of the Sandbanks peninsula.
Perfectly suited for anyone from ages 3 to 103, it offers an incredibly fun, fast, and true astroturf surface packed with tricky ridges, hidden bumps, and challenging obstacles. No golf shoes required—just bring a sense of fun!
The course is managed by the local BCP Council and is typically open every day from Spring to Autumn.

Payment: The kiosk is strictly Card Only (no cash accepted). There is no need to book a tee time in advance; simply turn up, grab your clubs, and play!
You couldn’t ask for a more convenient location. The course is situated directly next to the main Sandbanks Surface Car Park (Postcode: BH13 8QJ).
If you are driving down for the day, you can park your car and literally step right onto the course. If the car park is full during peak summer, the open-top Purbeck Breezer bus drops passengers off just a two-minute walk away from the kiosk.
This isn’t just a flat putting green! The 18-hole course is designed to test your patience and your putting skills.
You’ll need to navigate your ball over undulating humps, carefully putt across narrow bridges, and avoid the treacherous drops. Every hole offers a chance for a spectacular hole-in-one, but be warned: it’s just as easy to rack up a high score if you miss your angles!
Because the golf course is located right on the main Sandbanks promenade, you have world-class facilities right next door.
Immediately adjacent to the course, you’ll find clean public toilets. When you finish your round, you can head straight to the nearby Sandbanks Beach Café or one of the many local kiosks to tally up the scorecards over an ice cream, a cold drink, or a hot portion of seaside chips.
