Leeward sleeps eight across four luxurious and spacious bedrooms. The ground floor features a super-king bedroom with an en suite shower room and bifold doors leading directly to the garden, making it perfect for multi-generational families wanting a bit of separation. There is also a utility room on this floor.
The first floor acts as the social hub of the home, boasting a spacious open-plan kitchen with a breakfast bar, a dining table for eight, and a comfortable living space with ample sofas and a wall-mounted TV. On the second floor, you will find two double bedrooms featuring king zip-and-link beds (which can be made into twins on request), one with an en suite, plus a separate family bathroom. The top floor is dedicated entirely to the master super-king suite, complete with a separate dressing room/walk-in wardrobe and a luxurious en suite shower room.
Bifold doors from the first-floor open-plan living space open out onto a large balcony terrace equipped with a bistro table. From here, stairs lead down to the garden. The garden itself is a peaceful haven, featuring lovely, comfortable outdoor furniture. The ground floor bedroom also enjoys its own bifold doors that open directly into this serene outdoor space.
