The accommodation is arranged over three stunning upper floors (accessed via open-tread stairs, which may not be suitable for very small children):

  • First Floor Living: A spectacular open-plan kitchen, dining, and lounge area. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, hob, dishwasher, and coffee machine. The dining area seats 6 and opens onto a harbour-facing balcony. The lounge features an L-shaped sofa, electric fireplace, and opens onto a beach-facing balcony.

  • Bedroom 1 (Master – Second Floor): A lavish King-size bedroom boasting patio doors that open onto a beach-facing balcony. Features a private en-suite shower room.

  • Bedroom 2 (Second Floor): A beautiful King-size bedroom featuring patio doors opening onto a harbour-facing balcony. Features a private en-suite shower room.

  • Bedroom 3 (Third Floor): A lovely Twin bedroom with elevated harbour views and a luxurious en-suite bathroom featuring a freestanding feature bath.

  • Ground Floor: Features a highly convenient entrance hallway, a utility room (with washing machine and tumble dryer), and an additional shower room with WC—perfect for rinsing off sandy toes after the beach.

  • All premium bed linen and bath/beach towels are included.


The property features incredible outdoor spaces. From the first floor, guests can enjoy two separate spacious balconies—one overlooking the beach and one overlooking the harbour. On the ground floor, a private split-level terrace features a BBQ and seating area, with direct, immediate access straight onto the Blue Flag beach at the rear of the house.


The property provides highly convenient driveway parking to the front of the house with enough space for up to 2 cars.
