Details
A little piece of Dorset history, captured before it disappeared.
Standing among the windswept dunes at Shell Bay, just across the water from Sandbanks, this iconic red telephone box was once a familiar landmark for visitors arriving on the Sandbanks Chain Ferry.
Removed in 2020, the telephone box lives on in this original photograph, its vivid red paint contrasting beautifully with the soft evening sky, golden sand and coastal grasses.
A nostalgic reminder of a much-loved corner of the Dorset coast, presented as framed canvas wall art.
Part of the exclusive Sandbanks Beach Fine Art Collection.
