Accommodating six guests in three beautifully decorated bedrooms, the property features stunning architectural highlights such as curved walls, feature lighting, and a beautiful bespoke staircase.
The unique centerpiece of the house is the open-plan living and dining room with bi-fold doors opening onto a large balcony, creating a wonderful inside-outside feel.

The luxurious accommodation is spread across three floors:

Ground Floor: Features a king-size bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, vanity unit, and patio doors leading straight out to the back garden. The entrance hallway leads to a garage offering a utility area (washing machine and separate tumble dryer) and handy storage containing a free-standing fridge freezer, beach trolley, and beach toys.

First Floor: This is the social hub of the home. It boasts a beautifully fitted open-plan kitchen with a NEFF hob, two ovens, a Quooker tap, and an island breakfast bar. The large wooden dining table seats six, and bi-fold doors open onto a balcony with sea glimpses. The lounge offers a large, comfortable corner sofa, smart TV, and its own patio doors opening onto a second balcony overlooking the rear garden. A separate cloakroom is also on this level.

Second Floor: The master super-king suite includes a separate dressing area (perfect for a quick work check-in) and a feature en-suite shower room with a skylight. The second bedroom features twin beds and an en-suite bathroom with a gorgeous freestanding bath.
To the front of the property, there is a large private driveway. To the rear, you will find an enclosed, private garden complete with an outdoor table and chairs. The expansive kitchen balcony provides the perfect elevated alfresco space for cocktails after a long day at the beach.
