The house is set over four floors and offers luxurious accommodation for up to eight guests. The beach is just across the road and Poole Harbour is only another minute’s walk away in the opposite direction – the perfect spot for enjoying the beach, watersports and exploring the coastline.
The highlight is the bi-fold doors that open up to the outside space for dining and BBQs on those lovely warm evenings, and the roof terrace from the master bedroom which is the ideal spot for a sundowner cocktail or relaxing on a lounger, soaking up the sun.

The accommodation is beautifully spread across four floors.
The ground floor features an open-plan kitchen fully equipped with a coffee machine, dishwasher, and wine fridge, alongside a dining area seating eight and a comfortable lounge with a large TV. Bifold doors open onto a decked area.
The lower ground floor houses a super-king bedroom with an en-suite shower room. On the first floor, you will find two king-size bedrooms (one with balcony access) and two bathrooms.
The second floor boasts the Master super-king bedroom featuring an en-suite and access to a large roof terrace with sea glimpses.
To the front of the property is a fabulous decked area with comfortable seating and a BBQ, perfect for al fresco dining. To the rear, there is a small, quiet courtyard with additional seating. The true highlight is the large second-floor roof terrace, complete with sun loungers and sea glimpses—the ultimate spot for a sundowner.
The private driveway is situated behind electric gates and offers secure parking for up to three cars.
